The following are low cost or free apps designed to help support wellness. Explore these options to help augment personal empowerment and health. These resources are not intended to replace therapy; instead they are designed to help across a range of topics and needs. Many of these apps are great tools to use in conjunction with therapy. Although these apps are not endorsed by Vail Resorts, we do think you’ll find them helpful.

  • Aura Provides daily three-minute meditations that targets stress, anxiety and depression which never repeats and can be personalized based on background and mood.

  • Breathe2Relax A stress management tool which provides information on the impact of stress on the body and how to combat it through diaphragmatic breathing.

  • Daily YogaYoga Fitness Plan – This app offers a variety of yoga options based on skillset and need. There are free memberships as well as monthly and yearly accounts with increased classes and social components available.

  • Happify Designed as a resource to combat stress and negative thoughts while building daily resilience. A “positive mood-training program” which utilizes games, activities and gratitude prompts.

  • MindShift An app designed to help teens and young adults cope with anxiety. Created in a manner to help individuals face stress, learn about it and gain control rather than avoid it.

  • Relax Melodies A resource designed to help users improve sleep and relaxation. Created to apply relaxing nature sounds, as well as mindfulness meditation prompts to help people fall and stay asleep.

  • Shopwell Created to help users better understand which foods match certain lifestyles, how to shop simple and smart while meeting dietary outcomes.

  • Sleep Cycle This app tracks and analyzes sleep patterns. It was created to help improve sleep in an easy manner with the purpose of improving energy throughout the day.

  • Stop, Breathe & Think A tool designed to help users become acquainted with mindfulness, which then follows up with themes relating to breathe, personal kindness and simple meditation.

  • Stretching Sworkit A tool designed to help increase flexibility based on how much time you have available. You can focus on different body parts of full body stretching.

  • 7 Minute Workout A tool designed for simple and impactful workouts anywhere, anytime. It allows the user to personalize a seven-minute workout based on their needs and training wants over time.
