Everything we do starts with Safety. We want to finish each day the same way you started - safe and healthy. It happens when we Own our Safety: be mindful and take the time to make safety a priority. It is a practice we can learn from each other, every day.

Individual Contribution: On Snow Safety Self Evaluations

In congruence with a reduction of injuries, Instructors can impact their individual scores by submitting On Snow Safety Observations to promote the safety of the team aligning with Honeycomb factors.

Aligning with the Team Goal

• FT & PT4: One Per Month (Total of 5)

• PT32 & FT18: 2 Per Season

Submissions are evaluated by the SSBS management team. Submissions deemed invalid will not count toward your submission score.
