SIS Return - Required Steps
Before you can work or use your pass, you do need to complete some required forms….
DO NOT USE SAVED PASSWORDS - your password has been reset
Please follow the directions below.
There are all new HR sites for EpicEmployee, so first remove any old versions you have
DELETE the EpicEmployee App - the App from previous seasons no longer exists
On a computer: Delete all saved EpicEmployee Links from your Web browser
First time login this season: you will need to set up your Authenticator.
This is best done on TWO devices:
1. Open/Load the authenticator on your phone
You will need the Authenticator App if you don’t already have it. Make sure it is the Microsoft Authenticator.
If you accessing this page on your phone, clicking on the QR code will take you to your App Store.
2. Open the NEW Epic Employee on a PC or separate device
On a PC or Separate Device: open this in a Web Browser using the button below (Safari or Chrome is best)
Use Active Employee Login with Single Sign-On
Username: your @vailresorts.com username (same as last season)
Password: has been RESET to P$wdmmddyy where mmddyy is YOUR birthday
NOTE: the birthday is TWO digit month, TWO digit day, LAST TWO digits of the year
If this does not work, only IT can reset it: 970-754-4357
be sure to have your Employee ID number when you call
Follow all directions to Authenticate
Once Logged In you will need to sign your Waivers and other Required Forms
Required Notices must be complete before you can access ProConnectTools Pay App.

Required Notices
Complete these Required Waivers and Forms
Also be sure to check My Tasks on the EpicEmployee home page to find your other tasks, such as
Dependent Verification Information
Dependent Passes
Benefits (when applicable)
Update your Emergency Contact
Required Training Courses
You must complete the Required Notices in order to access ProConnectTools Pay App.
You will only only be able to Punch in and out in ProConnect tools after signing required Waivers and Forms
If you are getting this error message you most likely have Waivers or Forms Still to complete
After you sign your Waivers and Forms please give the system an hour or until the next day before trying to Punch in or Punch out
