Red Badge Process

In the case you have completed your health screening and received a Red Badge you will follow the steps below to open up a Direct Connect case.

 Step One:

Log into Epic Employee and click the Direct Connect block

Step Two:

Click on the COVID-19 Support button at the top of the page

Step Three:

Fill out the forum to start your Direct Connect case.

Step Four:

Wait for further instructions from Direct Connect/People Connect
