Park city locker room addendum
Employee Locker Rooms

OFF-duty Employees
Off-duty employees not scheduled for work are only permitted to enter locker rooms during non-peak hours as determined by local leadership (i.e. locker room access is limited during shift change periods). Communicate access protocol to employees.

When possible, repurpose unused space for locker/employee storage. Based on locker room setup, consider having employees change in restrooms to allow for more capacity in locker rooms.
Lockers must be individually assigned. Shared lockers are not otherwise permitted. If necessary, implement storage containers/bins as an alternative.
Lockers will be assigned in the following order: FT, PT 32 by years of service, PT18 by years of service, Holiday Help (8 day) by years of service
There may not be a locker available to every staff member
Uniforms
When possible, employees should arrive for their shift in uniform to eliminate the need to change and spend time in the locker room. Employees are permitted to wear their uniform home at the end of their shift. This is a temporary exception to the On-Mountain Winter Uniform Policy (O-01).
SSBS employees will be required to wear their uniform to and from their work shift
Exceptions may be worked out on a case by case basis with your LM and approved by your GM
Employee uniforms assigned to individuals must be stored separately from other employees’ uniforms (in separate lockers or other physical barrier).
For departments that launder employee uniforms (external or internal): 1. Designate two areas, one for clean uniforms and one for dirty uniforms. Clearly mark the areas. 2. Shared uniforms must be laundered between each use.
Storage
Eliminate use of shared closets/spaces for storage of personal items other than skis/boards or boot dryers.
All personal items must be contained within the locker/storage space.
Items of non-employees (friends/family) may not be stored in locker rooms or equipment storage spaces
