  • Maintains our facilities

  • Creates incredible experiences for our guests and peers

What are the typical schedule options?

Full Time - Average 5 days per week or 4 days and one morning. (38 hours per week, we will not offer overtime this season, it is an expectation you will manage your schedule to ensure you do not cross into overtime. Crossing into overtime may result in written coaching). When it is slower, we have access to Legion to pick up shifts in other departments.

Part Time - options vary, and the strongest need is during our busy periods (see the schedule calendar below).

With regard to selecting preferred days you would like to work: It is a preference, not a guarantee. You will receive an email with more information on scheduling options.

Typical FT shifts (this may/will vary):

Setup 7:30am-3:00pm (depending on needs and availability)

Rental 8:00am - 4:00pm

PM Crew 9:00am - 5:00pm

When business is slow, we encourage you to take an unpaid ride break and explore your mountain. This is your opportunity to explore and get to know how massive our resort is and all the fun areas to ski and ride.

WHAT TO WEAR FOR TRAINING

Your training will primarily be in the indoor facility, but a portion will take place on the snow. Please dress appropriately for the weather.

SOME RULES OF THUMB FOR A SUCCESSFUL TRAINING:

  • Be on time! - Ensure all onboarding and I-9 is done prior to the start of training.

  • Be prepared for the weather conditions - check the forecast! Park City Weather Forecast

  • Wear an extra layer - We will be learning about the Ski and Snowboard operations. This means we will spend time standing and discussing outdoors. An extra layer is always a good idea!

  • Bring a snack - You will have a mid-day lunch break, but it is a good idea to keep a small snack in case you get hungry early.

  • Bring a notebook and pencil - if you like to take notes!
