Release of Liability (rol)
It is vitally important that all lesson participants 17 and under have a release of liability signed and completed by their parent or guardian and the emergency contact information line at the bottom is filled out completely.
All adult guests 18 and older who do not have a season pass must also complete and sign a Release of Liability. One form per family or guardian is required.
