Freestyle Specialist

In addition to passing certification exams, PSIA-AASI Intermountain also offers Specialists Certificates. These Specialists Certificates are not limited to one discipline, and all disciplines are encouraged to participate. The Freestyle Specialist exams help instructors focus on incorporating freestyle maneuvers, both in and out of the terrain park. The content focuses on teaching techniques, drills for developing freestyle skills and concepts. Additionally, the content focuses on movement analysis in and out of the park, and park skiing/riding ability.

The Freestyle Specialist certification pathway is a great opportunity to improve your own park riding/sliding skills. The FS certification process allows you to gain more skills, drills, and thrills to your bag of tricks.
