Need help with your Vail Resorts User ID and Password?
On October 8, we launched the transition to Vail Resorts User ID, providing single sign-on capability that eliminates the effort of separately logging in to key employee systems.
Here are some helpful guidelines for troubleshooting Vail Resorts User ID access:
Clear your cookies and cache. See instructions here.
If you have not already enrolled in Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), you must do so before you can log in to any SSO system. You can enroll or check and update your settings at mfa.vailresorts.com. You can find instructions for enrolling in MFA here.
If you are logging onto a register or other shared machine, always close the browser by keying <CTRL + F4> when signing out.
What you need to know about your new login info:
Your new ID was sent to your personal email address on file as well as to your manager overnight.
Important:
First time on epicemployee.vailresorts.com you will need to accept the Terms and Conditions (top of the page). After accepting the Terms and Conditions, it will take 2-3 hours for you to be able to sign in to the website.
